Digital Products

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, all sales are final once the design has been generated or downloaded.

When We Offer Refunds

• Service failure: If our system fails to generate any images after payment, you will receive a full refund
• Duplicate charges: Accidental double charges will be refunded immediately
• Unused credits: If you purchased a Design Pack but have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 7 days

How to Request a Refund

Email support@tryink.art with your PayPal transaction ID and reason for the refund. We will respond within 48 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via PayPal.
